Hip hotel bathed in style and elegance
Built in 1852 Hotel Fauchere has housed Mae West, Sarah Bernhardt, Evelyn Nesbit and several presidents. Sean Strub, longtime activist and founder of POZ magazine, has created a Poconos getaway that appeals to east coast city dwellers looking for service and sophistication. The hotel is also the hub of Milford's gay nightlife, planning two parties a month.
